Hard Work, Easy Money = Work

Hard work, Easy Money, this may sound wrong but no matter what you do, work there has to be and the end result will be, little work, little return, hard work, big return. I am saying here that if you just sit and wait for the day to end you will paid but then do not complain about your wage, you are being paid what you are worth. Doing the same job but putting in that extra effort may not pay off in the first month or two but someone will take note and you will be rewarded.

If you are a sales person calling on clients and you spend half your day in coffee shops you will only earn half of what you could. I believe that one way to find out if someone wants to work is put him/her on a commission. Half will turn the job down, why, because they know that they will have to work, the other half will start and by months end you will know who is the worker and who is the coffee drinker.

When someone says to me I will work on commission, they have my attention and frankly by the end of the first week I will know if they are going to be good, fair or indifferent. How will I know, by the number of qualified calls they make.

You want to work from home, you must be pre-paired to put in the hard work. You will be your own boss and if you think that the business is just going to walk through the door, then don't do it but if you are going to put your heart and soul into what you choose to do, then it is great fun and you and your family will greatly benefit.
